Job Summary:

Jonoshakti is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to manage daily office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination and employee records management.
  • Handle procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Support senior management with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus.
